Dear Valued Patient:

The emergence of COVID-19 has created a lot of uncertainty in our day-to-day lives. Rest assured that your health and well-being remain our top priority. We are closely monitoring developments in the fight against this virus and have taken a number of additional steps to protect patients and staff. To help ensure your safety, as well as the safety of everyone who walks through our doors, we have further enhanced our already stringent protocols to include:

• Installing HEPA air purifiers throughout the office.

• Frequently disinfecting door knobs, counter tops and other high-contact surface areas.

• Spacing out appointments to minimize encounters with other patients.

• Having patients wait in their cars until an exam room is available.

• Screening patients and staff for signs of possible COVID-19 infection and checking temperatures upon arrival. Any patient or staff member who feels unwell or has symptoms of COVID-19 must stay home. 

• Having patients rinse with an antiseptic hydrogen peroxide mixture prior to treatment.

• Limiting the number of guests who may accompany patients to their appointments.
